Ingredients
- Cornmeal (125 gr.)
- Melt butter (to melt the butter you have to put it 30-40 seconds in the microwave)
- Sugar (50 gr.)
- Eggs (2 u.)
- Milk (1/4 l.)
1. First
we have to make the dough of the crepes. Put the sugar in a bowl and add the
eggs, and begin to beat with mixer. When it is well beaten, we add the sugar to
the dough and turn to beat until no lumps.
2. Then
we add the butter to the dough and beat again. In a couple of minutes we add
milk in the dough and beat again.
3. Put
the frying pan into the cookery and add oil in the pan.
4. With
a spoon, take the dough from bowl and pour it in the frying pan, giving the
round shape of the crepes and wait to be it done.
When the crepes
are done, you can add the ingredients that you want: ham, cheese, chocolate,
cream, etc.
